When you really care about a specific meeting, vigilance.

Don't rely on the Town Calendar if you really care about a particular issue or meeting and want to give public comment. The Town puts this disclaimer on the Town Calendar:

"it does NOT serve as the official notice of Town board, committee or commission meetings."

Sometimes, the Town Calendar does not mention a meeting.

But, the Meeting Agenda page does. When a meeting is on that page, it is an official, legally noticed meeting.

But, meeting agendas roll off the Meeting Agenda page in a short amount time.

Once they roll off that page, the only place to find an agenda is on the Council, Board or Committee pages, But, the Town does not obligate itself to put agendas on those pages.
